    This layout creates an intimate atmosphere where all aspects of the celebration take place in one beautiful space.

       Classic Reception
 

  • Up to 150 + Guests: Comfortably accommodates up to 150-160 guests for a seated dinner in our main ballroom. Guests begin the celebration with cocktail hour on the lower level, enjoying both indoor and outdoor spaces, before transitioning upstairs for dinner in the ballroom. Following dinner, the celebration returns to the lower level for dancing, cocktails, and a lively reception atmosphere.
    Ideal for traditional wedding receptions with dinner service, dancing, and a spacious guest experience.

       Expanded Reception

  • Expanded Receptions Utilize the Ballroom & Covered Patio - Up to 190 guests seated by utilizing both the ballroom and adjacent covered patio. Cocktails, Dinner and Reception/Dancing same flow as Classic
    Guests are seated in two connected spaces that flow seamlessly together, allowing everyone to enjoy the celebration while maintaining comfort and accessibility

    While many couples choose to hire a wedding planner, our team provides venue coordination support to help ensure your event flows smoothly from arrival through the end of the celebration.
     

  • Can we host both our ceremony and reception at Fox Barn?
    Absolutely. Many couples choose to host their ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception all on-site, allowing guests to enjoy a seamless experience.
     

  • Are pets allowed?
    Yes! We love when couples include their furry family members in their wedding day. Well-behaved pets are welcome to participate in ceremonies, photos, and select portions of your celebration with prior approval. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, pets must remain supervised by a designated handler throughout the event.
     

  • How do we get started?
